La hospitalidad en las dimensiones del acogimiento y la pertenencia: un análisis de la percepción del anfitrión-residente de Campos do Jordão

Resumen

Desde la perspectiva de la hostelería en su dimensión de acogida y pertenencia, la propuesta de este estudio es conocer la perspectiva del anfitrión sobre la relación que establece la actividad turística, entendiendo su rol como posición límite de esta relación. Su objetivo general es comprender cómo la comunidad anfitriona de una ciudad turística, teniendo como objeto la ciudad de Campos do Jordão (São Paulo), evalúa el turismo y los actores involucrados en esta actividad. Además, se propone describir la percepción de la comunidad local respecto a la ciudad, al turismo y al turista. Esta es una investigación exploratoria, que utilizó una muestra no probabilística clasificada como encuesta de calle, que aplicó 115 cuestionarios en junio de 2020. Se evidenció un apoyo al turismo, pero se observó que la población tiene algunas insatisfacciones con el hecho de que el turismo es la actividad económica principal en la ciudad. Se espera que este trabajo contribuya a la comprensión de los impactos del turismo en la vida diaria de los residentes, permitiendo acciones más efectivas involucrando a la población en el planeamiento y participación activa en el proceso organizativo del turismo local.
