Abstract

Within the field of studies on translation we are going to refer to some mo- dels and notions of literary translation, starting from Russian Formalisms literaturnost up to the post-structuralistic idea of translation as intercultu- ral communication. We will refer to authors as R. Jakobson, I. Lotman, U.Eco, G. Toury, H. Meschonnic, G.Ungaretti, and Haroldo de Campos, ending with some con- siderations about our own practise as translator of his poetry.
