Abstract

The following article aims to analyze the changes from the culture of secrecy to the transparency, through the development of a distrust society rooted by transgressions. Facing the current tendency of a transparency, brazilian society is part on international effort of social control against state activity; and is with the Access to Information Act (AIA) that the control of the –renewed- publicity can be regularizated and made effective. Moreover, the Information Act represents an important normative framework of social participation. Among the participatory ways, this work focus on CGU and CNJ its official profile on Facebook, which promote campaigs against corruption.
