Submit results is essential in organizations where processes turned to the cash value. This scenario has required communication effort professionals to demonstrate its economic value. The chapter discusses the demonstration of results in organizational communication and public relations and their contribution to the scope of business goals, building on the conceptual delimitation of the terms assessment, measurement and valuation to then reflect on the limitations and future prospects of valuation from the study of intangible assets.Downloads
