THE SÃO PAULO STATE CURRICULUM PROPOSAL AND THE EVERYDAY OF SCHOOL.The low indices of educational performance joined to requirements of improvement and universalization of education performed by organizations and international institutions, are the guiding elements of the public policy of São Paulo Education. The government speech emphasizes the teacher as the main responsible by the low performance, pointing the bad formation and the absence of engagement. This view minimize the education problems to only one element, however some research already concluded that this problematic is a result of school external and internal factors. Following his reasoning the São Paulo government state has implemented a Curriculum proposal that turns the classroom a place improper to creation.Downloads
