This article intends to show that the socialist and president FHC, even having being severely criticized for having abandoned his old ideas and having turned to be part of the market dictatorship, in a balance of his first mandate, has not only a clearly positive mandate, but also situates him in the middle-left domain, which makes us expect that his second presidency can represent the reborn of the social and political life in Brazil.Downloads
