Abstract

To criticize biopolitical devices that convene control societies does not mean to fall into apocalyptic determinism. From Didi-Huberman and Rancière, on the Benjamin’s trail, this paper will analyze the concept of the dialectical image, in order to avoid the denunciation of image as idolatry or to avoid the frame that considers the viewer as a passive person. This is a critical political thinking of the image.
