A ética nos serviços de saúde: uma revisão de escopo

Resumo

Introdução: a ética nos serviços de saúde compreende os valores institucionais nas práticas de trabalho. Objetivo: caracterizar a produção bibliográfica no tema da ética nos serviços de saúde. Métodos: realizou-se uma revisão de escopo, através dos descritores Ética Profissional, Ética Organizacional e Serviços de Saúde, nas bases LILACS, MEDLINE e IBECS, e os mesmos descritores em inglês na base PubMed. Os critérios foram artigos em inglês, português e espanhol, publicados a partir de 2010, que abordassem o tema da ética nos serviços de saúde. Resultados: foram
selecionados 37 estudos e identificadas quatro categorias analíticas: ética organizacional, problemas éticos, comitê de ética e ética profissional. Conclusão: além de órgãos para consultoria e auxílio nos problemas éticos, os aspectos contextuais da instituição e do trabalho são elementos essenciais que devem ser considerados para uma prática profissional ética.
