Paper design: Case Report. Clinical relevance: Cogan-Reese syndrome is an uncomun disease, classified as one of the three kinds of iridocorneal endothelial syndrome, affects young and healthy people, without inherance pattern, that quickly evolves to a difficult controlling glaucoma. Comments: A Cogan-Reese syndrome case, assisted at Altino Ventura Foundation, Recife, Pernambuco, during a period of six months, is described. The outcome was successful with clinical treatment, thought associated to late features of secundary glaucoma on diagnosis.
