Abstract

This brief article highlights and argues how this essay on Carlos Drummond de Andrade’s work was structured around one of its foundations what anthropologist Edward Hall (2005) called the “hidden dimension”. In fact, he referred to space, that materiality of our lives, not always considered, but of notorious relevance. A relevance beyond obvious functionality, as capable of participating as an active element not only of social life, but also of the formation of the subjectivity of individuals, and in this case of the poet.
