Biliary ducts in Nelore. II. Sistematization of the ramus principalis dexter and ramus principalis sinister

It was studied, by dissecation, the biliary ductus of the ramus principalis dexter system and ramus pnncipalis sinister system on 30 livers removed from adult Nelore cattle. The system of the ramus principalis dexter is composed by the ramus medialis lobi dextri (100X), ramus dorsalis lobi dextri (100%), ramus processi caudati (93,3 X ) , ramus lateralis lobi dextri (73,3%), some rami intermedii lobi dextn and variable nunber of little ducts from the lobus dexter, lobus caudatus and lobus quadratus. The system of the ramus principalis sinister is integrated by the ramus medialis lobi sinistri, truncus intermediomedialis, truncus iniermediolateralis, ramus lateralis lobi sinistri, ramus lobi quadrati and some little ductus from lobus caudatus, lobus sinister and lobus quadratus
