Studies about conduct of 81 microorganisms isolated from cows affected with mastites, in presence of various concentrations of penicillin and streptomycin have been carried out. The following results could be observed: from 32 staphylococci, 11 were penicillin resistent and 7 were streptomycin resistent; from 25 streptococci, 13 were penicillin resistent and 13 were streptomycin resistent; from 7 samples of Corynebacterium pyogenes, 5 were penicillin resistent and 5 were of little sensibility to streptomycin; in a group of 15 coliform germs, 14 were penicillin resistent and 7 were streptomycin resistent. Two difteroid microorganisms were resistent to both antibiotics. Some of strains were penicillin and streptomycin resistents.Downloads
