From the discussion about the characteristics of Roman Domination in Britain, we intend to analyze the construction of the imperial rhetoric concerning the reconquest of this province by the emperor Constantius Chlorus in 296. Specially, we will examine the demonstrations of the imperial pomp through the coins and the panegyrics which represent Constantius Chlorus as the redditor lucis aeternae.
