Abstract

This legal article exposes the contents of substantive standards of Global Administrative Law, which is composed, according to its proponents, by the principle of legitimate expectations and the principle of proportionality. Starting from this premise, the aim is to provide greater theoretical density for the normative bases of Global Administrative Law, taking into account the legal doctrine of Anglo-Saxon and Romano-Germanic legal families, especially Ibero-American administrative thinking.
