Abstract

The responsibility of the public agents, especially of the so-called political agents, in the treatment of res publica is a subject of the order of the day in our current socio-political scenario. Within this framework, there is a clear need to establish adequate mechanisms for inspection and control of power, and the State should have adequate means to prevent and repress deviant behavior to guarantee its stability. The purpose of this work is to study the possibility of subjecting political agents at the same time to the special regime of political and administrative responsibility for the impeachment process and to the sanctioning regime of the Law of Administrative Improbity.
