Abstract

The present article analyses the modification of administrative contracts, in particular concession contracts, in the perspective of the standards introduced by the Directives 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU. In this scenario, evidence the application of the Theory of Unpredictability and the limits of its application – objective and subjective – according to the the community law.
