Increasingly identifies itself in organizations need to seek continuity in the development of their activities at the market dynamics. Therefore, it is necessary to assume a more flexible and competitive. It may be noted as an important aspect for business survival process of organizational innovation whereas it should be understood as a concept aimed at deployment of new or significantly modified to the needs of customers and consumers. In this area, the objective is to understand the process of innovation in the sector of furniture manufacturing in Campina Grande – PB, to the extent that we analyze unique characteristics in relation to that case. With an exploratory-descriptive research based on the characterization of Economics of Local Productive Arrangements can be operated from the application of questionnaires to the social actors involved. Therefore, it is perceived that this arrangement is considered a productive sector relevant to state and local economies, since according to the interviewed entrepreneurs can identify the innovative potential existing in this activity productive, since the four types ofinnovation studied was noticed some kind of deployment of innovative feature.Downloads
