This work anticipates another in development, hence its limits are evident. It is concerned about the theoretical possibilities of postulating supradisciplinary relationships based on the knowledge that was constituted in the theory of the organization, studies of organizational culture and the field of communication in formal organizations. It addresses, in the first instance, the need to recover the roots of knowledge organization, so that the notions of discipline and their surrogates make sense in a social historical framework and not exclusively epistemic. Next, we focus on the general characterization of supradiscipline in response to the growing complexity of advanced capitalism, its aporias and critical moments. It ends with the presentation of some minimum premises for the joint study of communication, culture and the organizational system, recognizing that it is in that domain, the formal organization, where the technodiscursive imperatives are generated for operate as a closure on the epistemic interests of those two areas.
