Under the perspective of comprehensive communication theoretical approach, organizational fear and rumors have plenty of room for interpretation and understanding. This communicational approach may contribute to foster a comprehensive dialogue in organizations, in which fear and other emotions could be expressed, in order to create an organizational scenario where there is greater learning and higher productivity, greater respect for emotions, and that may also result in more humanized organizational relationships.
