Abstract

Usually, studies on the effectiveness of internal communication strategies of organizations focus on the use of tools, while audiences and their communication needs are disregarded. Studying the current state of social responsibility in its internal dimension and how it is managed, analyzing communication as a tool that contributes to the achievement of internal social responsibility good practices and providing compliance indicators is something that requires more than the techniques employed. The work presented argues that business conduct is communicated and reflected on internal relationships.
