Abstract

Communication in and by organizations is something very recent. The works on this theme, which is of Anglo-Saxon origin, were enhanced by the French research efforts. This object received the influence of various disciplines and its lines of thought are characterized by the contributions of two major schools – the functionalist school and the interpretative school.
