Preocupações e satisfação profissional de jornalistas chilenas que trabalham em comunicação estratégica

Resumo

Este estudo mede a satisfação profissional de mulheres jornalistas que trabalham com comunicação estratégica no Chile e compara os resultados entre as profissionais da região metropolitana e as das províncias, e entre jornalistas jovens e experientes. Por meio de um método misto que inclui pesquisas e entrevistas semiestruturadas, observou-se que a liberdade de tomar decisões, a igualdade de gênero no trabalho e a geração à qual pertencem são variáveis mais importantes do que o salário e a possibilidade de promoção na empresa para explicar a maior ou menor satisfação profissional das jornalistas que trabalham com comunicação estratégica.
