Lévinas presents in contemporary criticism the returning of the ethic issue in social sciences. In this way, he criticizes the structuralist approach whose origins are provided by Hegelian philosophy, which conveys all phenomena in unconscious and impersonal structures. Lévinas brings back the dialogue where the other we talk to is an utter alterity. That is, an otherness that can never be overcome and that places in me what yet was not in me.Downloads
