Abstract

Among the Brasilian works readed by Bernanos, in the period he lived in Minas Gerais, his preferences were Memórias de um sargento de milícias of Manuel Antonio de Almeida and Vida de menina, of Helena Morley. In order to understand and justify them, on try to rebuild his horizon of expectations.
