Abstract

This article’s objective is to underline the reconfiguration of Darko Suvin’s concept of the novum – one of the most influent in science-fiction criticism – undertaken in Samanta Schwblin’s Little Eyes, giving particular attention to it as it pertains to a certain kind of literary estrangement which can be found both in the aforementioned theory and novel.
