The Industry 4.0 is a trend which emerges from the changes in society. The hybrid business environment follows the changes in society, developing the skills of its employees according to what the new technologies require for the operation of the business management process. The objective was to demonstrate how the concept of hybridity can be present in the context of the Industry 4.0. The research has exploratory and qualitative nature. The method used was the Bibliographic Research in different databases of the field of Information Science and Business Management. The results showed the convergence between technologies makes the innovation more complex, because data exchange among machines and robots are complementary. The professionals who work in these companies need to be dynamic, and to wish to learn in their work. The connection of technologies contributes to achieve the customer needs, as well as the informational demands of users in libraries. It concludes that is necessary to apply the concepts of hybridity in organizational and industrial environments to the growth of its development across the business world.
