A Judiciarização da reforma agrária

The fight for land reform has received attention of the media, specially, because of the violence in the confrontation between the different actors of the historical land property conflict. However, history has also showen that one of these characters has been massacred by the means of announced death and killing. Those are landless rural workers, that for a long time fought for the land without succeding in accomplishing they objective.. In this text, we start a reflection about the question that is outstanding in the land property conflict: the action of the judiciary system in the land reform. We discuss the different answers that the Judiciary system has given to the action of the Movement of Landless Rural Workers (MST), with the objective of contribuing to the debate about the land reform questionDownloads
