Situated between paragraphs §51 and §53 of what would be an addition of Deduction of Pure Aesthetic Judgments, we find the kantian main comments about the musical art. These comments are inserted in a broader discussion on the division of fine arts and the individual characterization of some arts. We seek to demonstrate how Kant articulates these musical comments with preceding theoretical elaborations, critically emphasizing the phenomenological elements of his description and the theoretical elements that apply to the understanding the musical phenomenon.Downloads
