Abstract

Ludovic, main character of "My life in pink (Berliner), is a 7-year-old boy who believes he is a girl. He dresses, behaves and thinks as such. He suffers the effects of a discriminatory society in provincial France, including his own family. Is it possible, in such scenario, to regulate his sexuation in compliance with his desire? We will examine this issue considering that "psychoanalytic research strongly opposes the segregation of homosexuals, placing them as a separate group from the rest of humanity"(Freud, 1905, note added in 1915).
