Abstract

The relationship between education and psychoanalysis has been widely discussed in French professional, academic, and psychoanalytic literature. However, the comparison between these three fields reveals that a Lacanian conception of education has never been the object of in-depth study in France. Thus, we carried out a systematic analysis of the entire Lacanian corpus, published and unpublished, in order to deduce pertinent occurrences on the subject of education. We present the results obtained to discuss its determinants in terms of educational relationship and ethics in the social work sector, which represents our main research field.
