The PLANSEQ is an instrument of the public policy professional qualification in Brazil. With this instrument the business organizations can use public resources to offer courses to solve some labor supply problems. This article evaluate the impact of a project that happened in Fortaleza, in 2009, and that trained over 1500 unemployed workers.
