GÊNERO DE DIVERSIDADE: QUESTÕES HISTÓRICAS- JURÍDICAS CULTURAIS
Abstract
This article studies from a historical-political-constitutional perspective the evolutionary process of citizenship and, in this respect, the female territory. The Rule of Law has been designed since 1822, the moment of our liberation from the condition of colony and from the influences of Portugal and, what is aimed at with this liberation, is a structuring of our State that corresponds to our pressing social needs and with maturation for the democratic regime, from which human freedoms, equality and dignity are inseparable values, and in it full citizenship and the search for a fair and solidary society in respect for plurality. The methodology used was analysis of the texts produced by the interpreters about Brazil, historiography and political legal constitutional documents.
