This article proposes interpreting Fabio Morábito’s poetry taking into account its autobiographical features. The author´s biography places him in a geographical and linguistic displacement through Egypt, Italy and Mexico. Thereby, we analyze some poems that allow us to identify the presence of a personal memory referred to specific scenes of his childhood in Milan and his house moving to Mexico City. Such scenes settle the distinctive aspect of Morabito’s discursive identity, marked by uprooting, mobility and loss, essential topics of his poetry.Downloads
