This paper presents the taxa of Turneraceae of the Serra do Cipó. The family is represented by three genera and 14 species: Oxossia capitata, Piriqueta aurea, P. sidifolia, P. tamberlikii, P. viscosa, Turnera cipoensis, T. coriacea, T. cuneiformis, T. dichotoma, T. dolichostigma, T. oblongifolia, T. pumilea, T. revoluta and T. subnuda. Identification keys to the genera and species, descriptions and illustrations, as well as comments on the geographic distribution, habitats and phenology are presented.
