Harmonia afetiva entre políticos e usuários da rede: a greve nacional na Colômbia, 2021

As redes sociais geraram uma esfera pública híbrida com uma atenção crescente ao papel dos sentimentos no discurso público. Para os políticos, as redes são úteis para gerar ambientes de sentimentos individuais e coletivos, ao invés de fundamentar e promover o diálogo público. O objetivo desta pesquisa é analisar se há harmonia afetiva entre as mensagens dos líderes políticos e a resposta que provocam nas redes. Para isso, foram estudadas as postagens dos principais políticos colombianos, durante as manifestações da Greve Nacional, de 2021, e as reações emocionais que provocaram no Facebook. Após o estudo, verificou-se a congruência afetiva entre as mensagens e as reações e que o discurso público on-line se baseia mais no compartilhamento de critérios emocionais do que em uma linha deliberativa racional.
