The system of the ramus prindpalis sinister is composed by the ramus dorsomedialis lobi sinistri lateralis, the ramus ventromedialis lobi sinistri, the ramus ventralis lobi sinistri lateralis, the ramus lobi sinistri medialis, the ramus lobi quadrati, presented in all cases and the ramus dorsalis lobi sinistri lateralis (96.7%) and nameless contribution from the lobus sinister lateralis (dorsal, dorsomedial, ventromedial and ventral areas) lobus sinister medialis, lobus quadratus and lobus dexter medialis.
