There was performed comparative study between the Sabin-Feldman and indirect fluorescent antibody techniques for the anti-toxoplasma antibodies evaluation in swine serum. The value of the agreement of the results obtained by the two techniques was 96,4% and the disagreement of 3,70% was favorable to the SF test. The correlation among the values of anti-toxoplasma antibody levels, calculated by the Spearman correlation coefficient was positive and of high intensity.
