Abstract

The following critical opinion is based on my experience in private and public Universities. Initially, I address some questions about the practices of reading and writing carried out in these institutions; then a put forward that poor conditions in the High Education could implicate an excluded inclusion. I propose that University autonomy and public education exert a mean role in transforming and emancipating educators and students minds.
