Author Biographies

• Jadirlete Lopes Cabral, Universidade Federal da Bahia

  Jadirlete Lopes Cabral é Professora Titular na Universidade Federal da Bahia, Mestre e Doutora em Língua e Literatura Italiana pela UFRJ, Pós doutora em tecnologias digitais e contemporaneidade pelo Programa de Pós Graduação em Educação e Contemporaneidade (PPGEDUC/UNEB), onde atua como colaboradora junto ao Grupo de Pesquisa em Geotecnologias, Educação e Contemporaneidade (Geotec/UNEB). É vice líder do grupo de pesquisa Ensino e Aprendizagem de Línguas com Tecnologias Digitais (CNPq/UFBA), desde 2013. Sua formação acadêmica tem ênfase em: contemporaneidade, semiótica, metodologias de ensino e aprendizagem de línguas estrangeiras com tecnologias digitais e elaboração de materiais didáticos digitais.

• Paula Garcia de Freitas, Universidade Federal do Paraná

  Doctoral degree in linguistics, Professor of Italian of the Course of Letters of the Federal University of Paraná and of the Post Graduation in Letters, in the research line "Languages, cultures and identities". Leader of the research group NELIB – Center for Studies in Italian Language in the Brazilian Context. Her researches and practices deal with the analysis, reflection and production of activities for language teaching and training of language teachers for various learning contexts, including Basic Education.

• Adriana Mendes Porcellato, Universidade de São Paulo

  She holds a PhD in Italian Language, Literature and Culture from Universidade de São Paulo (Brazil) and Università La Sapienza (Italy). In her studies, she has investigated the role of pragmatics and culture in foreign language teaching, with a special focus on the analysis and development of pedagogical material. In 2021, she worked as a temporary lecturer of Italian at the Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA).
