Abstract

This article is based on the psychoanalytical theory and develops the construction of a clinical case which focuses on intrafamiliar violence. The Family Clinic presented contents as organizers of the family dynamics, making the affections return as repetition of traumatic scenes. The familiar telescoping is accessed chronologically and becomes emblematic of the structural bonds of violence. The subject family balances itself between the traumatic happening that punctuates its history and the creative possibilities to reinvent the narrative. The meanings acquired in the fantasy and in the naming of traumatic contents get recovered and a new subjectivity may be designed in the transferential field.
