Abstract

The purpose of this article is the exploration of the relationship between work and the pedagogy of adult people. This connection between pedagogy an work may open new theoretical and practical perspectives within the pedagogical field such as: the alternation (between teaching sessions and periods one probation on the ground floor), teaching-learning engineering, the validation of the professional experience, the orientation or development of specific skills. Work as a contextualised and standardized activity can be considered as a risk which involves intentional choices. It is an act of production in the outside world and, within the inner world, it contributes to the production of the self.
