Abstract

This article approaches the contemporary transformations associated with the productive restructuring that marked the passage from the taylorist-fordist accumulation model to the model of flexible accumulation of capital, as well as some conceptual tools aiming at analyzing how individuals experience and give meaning to the work experiences. Lastly, it discusses the challenges to the creation of clinical-political strategies to promote both the transformation of work situations and an analysis of how we are making the experience of ourselves in the midst of the work realm in contemporaneity.
