Abstract

This paper discusses the impact of the restructuring process in Embraer period from 1989 to 1994 on the founding group of company engineers, this group characterized by a high degree of intellectual capital and is facing the modernization process devoid of their social identity. Forced to conducing the long process of privatization lives during this period a situation of death amounced before a new reality that is being forged from a contradictory discourse.
